BrainPad Inc. was founded in 2004 in anticipation of the value and importance data would have across the globe. Driven by its mission to help develop industries and enrich lives by popularizing data utilization, BrainPad has since scaled up its business and established itself as a pioneer in data utilization.
Unfortunately, Japan has lagged behind somewhat in digital technology and data utilization, and we see the Company as having an ever-increasing role and social responsibility to fulfill.

To play a greater part in helping pull Japan out of this languid state in serving as a company that contributes to enhancing the competitive strength of companies, we are keenly aware of the need to create a new system of support, one that goes beyond the conventional approach taken by IT companies and consulting firms that resulted in the current state of affairs.
To this end, it is more vital than ever that Japanese companies enhance their “inner capabilities” for creating new value that spans eras by leveraging IT.

To achieve this, we are tackling issues with the shortage of human resources proficient in IT and data utilization in Japan, reskilling, and promoting internal IT and data utilization development head on.
In other words, we are contributing to the advancement and acceleration of corporate digital transformation by converting a broad range of technologies that are evolving on a daily basis into solutions that serve a practical use, and by rebuilding conventional technology and human resource supply chains.

In achieving this mission, we are set to achieve the objectives put forth in the Medium-term Management Plan implemented in the period ending June 2024,which was positioned as a period of structural reform, ahead of time, putting us on a path toward achieving sustainable growth.

Since our founding, we have not wavered from the core belief of the Company to “continually create the future.” We will continue to work tirelessly with the best in the field, who are true believers in the potential of data, with the pride of a company that is a pioneer in data utilization, in pursuit of delivering value to the world.
